A lot of people that I come across, tell me that peeling garlic for them is a chore, especially if they have a lot to peel. If you don’t want to go out and by one of the “50 million” gadgets on the market today, then this is definitely the way to go.

    Yep, half the video is intro. Start at :35 to cut to the chase. And even then, anyone who’s ever watched a cooking show knows this trick. Bout how about the even easier method of peeling a whole *head* of garlic all at once? Google “Saveur peel garlic 10 seconds.”
