  4. [..YouTube..] @mrplanx… it was to simply show how to scale a fish… also you should remove the scales.first because when you remove the skin scales will get on the meat of the fish as well…

    well if the fish has scales on it and then you fillet it. you’ll get the scales on the meat…. that’s what I was thinking….

    You could rinse off the fish. It is a lot less work than scaling the fish, eh?
