I’m a huge fan of Cole Slaw and I love the different varieties that are out there. This is my favourite to make simply because my mum taught me the recipe and it has a bit of tang and some sweet to it. When I was a kid growing up, my mum would make curry chicken, which is a dish that could get me to stop in mid drop kick in my brother’s chest with my, mouth-watering and praying silently as I rocked back and forth waiting to hear dinner’s ready. The constant side for this dish was cole slaw, this cole slaw. When I became a Chef, I often dug into my arsenal of home cooked recipes from my mum and gran. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

[..YouTube..] great vid…. thanks….. i make mine similar however i use more sugar and i chop 1/2 onion into it as well….. i also add a couple teaspons of water to the dressing and i make that in a separate bowl so i can taste it first…. nice to see how you work….
